The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of St. Veit, very sunny and quiet, next to the farm. St. Veit is located in the heart of the Salzburg region, high above the Salzach Valley. Here on a sunny plateau there is a mild healing climate and the area is known for numerous sunny days! Regional cuisine and varied culture ensure unforgettable vacation enjoyment. Thanks to its central location, St. Veit is also an ideal starting point for day trips to Hohenwerfen Castle and the nearby Eisriesenwelt, the Celtic town of Hallein with its show mine, the Liechtenstein Gorge, the Mozart town of Salzburg, the Großglockner High Alpine Road and the Krimml Waterfalls.

Ski bus connection to the Alpine village (ski amadé), located about 9km from here, in just 50m, lit toboggan run 200m, slope and ski lift 9km, cross-country trails from the house. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 2 three-bed rooms, passage to a room with bunk bed and sofa (four-bed room), 1 toilet. Heating with tiled stove, wood stove and electrically. In front of the house is a garden with seats and a barbecue. Table tennis.
