Typical country home near a lake with stunning views

The 130 m² one storey home has a total of four bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two French beds (135 cm x 200 cm) and the other two are furnished with two with two single beds each. Additionally, you will find two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet, a large living room with a fireplace, three sofas and a large dining table for eight people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceran four burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. All rooms are air conditioned. There is also Wi-Fi and satellite television for your enjoyment. You will not miss anything during your stay here. There are towels, pool towels, bedding, a hairdryer and even an ironing board/iron.

This rural property sits in a popular location amidst nature and only a few meters from a lake.

The house comfortably accommodates eight people. Upon request, an extra bed and a child's cot can be provided. The owner lives just a few kilometres from the property. How about a massage? Please have a look under the utilities link (special wishes). The massage can be booked locally.The house's location is ideal for exploring the vicinity. The large property ensures privacy. You will find activities and restaurants offering local cuisine in the vicinity. It is only 500 meters to a restaurant. It is three kilometres to the supermarket or the beach on the lake and a movie theatre can be found about 20 km from the house. It is about an hour's drive to the cities of Malaga, Cordoba and Granada. It is about an hour's drive to the airport in Malaga. It is about 40 km to the nearest golf course and 15 kilometres to the motorway 7.

Outside you will find the patio, which offers stunning views. There is a courtyard, where the kids can play. The private 14 x 6 meter swimming pool has a depth of one to two meters. There are sun loungers and a barbecue area for al fresco dining. A table for eight lets you enjoy your meal outside. The property is enclosed.

    “Goed uitgerust en comfortabel huis, met ruim zwembad en prachtig uitzicht!
    Vriendelijke eigenaar.
    Alles is er voorhanden en zeer proper!
    Sommige beschrijvingen van Atraveo zijn niet correct: er is geen boot aanwezig en de visstek op 1,5 km is er wel, maar je hebt naast een visvergunning ook een brevet nodig, dat je pas krijgt na een locale opleiding van enkele weken (= dus onmogelijk voor toeristen met een 2-wekelijks verblijf).”

    “Tolles und bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit grossem Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Hang mit Olivenbäumen. Der Ferienort Iznájar ist im Landesinneren. Von dort aus haben wir viele Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Andalusien gemacht. Wir können die Villa für Familien bestens empfehlen.”
