This beautiful detached holiday house with swimming pool is located approx.10 minutes drive away from the tourist town Rabac with the most beautiful beaches in Istria. It's comfortable and well furnished. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with dining and living room and one bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. Visit the picturesque old town of Labin on the hill which offers an unforgettable view of the Kvarner bay and spend the evening strolling the beautiful Rabac promenade along which are situated restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops.

    “Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Elektrogeräte sind alle funktionstüchtig und ordentlich gewartet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn es sehr heiß ist, denke ich dass die zwei Klimaanlagen eindeutig zu wenig sind, zumal in der größeren Wohnung ja nur im Erdgeschoss (Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer) eine Klimaanlage besteht, nicht aber in den Schlafräumen im Obergeschoss.”
