This beautiful holiday home is fantastically located only 2 km from Lazise and only 200 m from the beaches of Lake Garda, which are accessible via a narrow private road.

The house comrprises two storeys and has been elegantly decorated with modern yet comfortable furnishings. It boasts a large enclosed garden, with spacious terraces and a lovely swimming pool. It is the perfect spot to unwind with a good book on the comfort of the sun loungers.

The village centre can also be reached on foot, via the beaches. The amusement parks of Lake Garda are situated just 3 km away, which offer plenty of fun for both young and old. The villa is a great starting point for guests wishing to visit the art cities of Verona (25 km away) with the beautiful Arena and the famous balcony of Juliet's house. Mantova is 50 km away with its majestic Basilica di Sant'Andrea and the ancient church of Rotonda di San Lorenzo. Alternatively, you may wish to visit Vicenza (80 km away) with the Palladian Basilica, the Palazzo Chiericati (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with its art gallery, and the Basilica of Monte Berico. In addition, the charming city of Venice is 140 km from the house.

Please note, there is a small apartment used by the house owner exclusively on the days when guests arrive, not during the rest of the holiday.

    “Sehr schönes Haus, schöner gepflegter Außenbereich. Lounge und Pool top. Ausstattung ist gut. Für Biertrinker fehlten ein paar Biergläser. Die Lage ist schön. 3 Stellplätze auf dem verschlossenen Grundstück. Die Abfahrt total problemlos. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gepflegtes und schönes Grundstück. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es fehlten nur ein paar Biergläser. Die Lage ist top. 3 Stellplätze im Carport auf dem verschlossenen Grundstück. Die Außenlounge mit dem Pool ist absolut top. Wir waren alle begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wenn was ist, wird sich sofort darum gekümmert.”

    “Wir waren zwei Familien und haben einen super Urlaub hier verbracht! Das Haus war tip-top sauber und super ausgestattet. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt würde ich die zwei Not-Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten am offenen Spitzboden anbringen. Ohne Tür und die Betten nicht sonderlich komfortabel. Anbindung an den See Spitze - in ein paar Minuten. Wir haben gleich wieder gebucht fürs nächste Jahr! Es hat uns super gut gefallen! Sehr nette Vermieter-Familie! Wobei in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben war, dass diese eine kleine Wohnung im Obergeschoss haben und am Wochenende da sind. Das hat uns anfangs etwas irritiert.”

    “Super Aussenbereich (Lounge, Pool, Grill, Esstisch, Fernseher). Erdgeschoss mit zwei Zimmern (1x Doppelbett, 1x zwei Einzelbetten), Wohnbereich mit Küche und Bad --> TOP! Eine steile Treppe führt in den ersten Stock. Ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (wurden zusammengestellt) und einem offenen Bereich mit zwei Betten, Bad --> war ok. Wenn bei den Einzelbetten noch eine Tur wäre --> optimal.”
