Holiday apartment in a quiet location on the edge of a forest

The holiday house is 2km to the east of the centre of Matrei and, with its proximity to the country road, it offers an ideal combination of rural peace and quiet right on the edge of the forest and the benefits of the nearby village centre.

It is a 60m² oasis of well-being on the ground floor, where a maximum of five people can leave everyday working life far behind. After an exciting day, children and adults can sit together in the big seating corner in the living room-kitchen and enjoy a game together. An additional stove makes it particularly cosy. While someone is conjuring up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and oven, coffee machine and fridge, the other guests can watch an exciting film (satellite TV) or share their experiences with friends at home via the Internet. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. A fifth bed (sofa bed) can also be set up in one of the rooms. At the end of the day you can relax in the bathroom under the shower with massage jets.

The site ends right by the edge of the forest, where children can experience great adventures. The access road is very quiet and so of no danger to young adventurers. In the meantime adults can relax on the sunny terrace with garden furniture and enjoy the wonderful mountain setting with a glass of wine, or sunbathe in the garden.

    “schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht.Einfach, aber bietet alles, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Nur die Parksituation ist ungünstig bei mehr als einem Fahrzeug.
    Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Gutes Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis.
    Super zum Skifahren oder Wandern.”

    “Prima ingericht appartement met alle benodigdheden. Grootgenoege ruimtes en terras in de middagzon met prachtig uitzicht over vallei. Op loopafstand is er weinig, net als in dorpje onderin dal. Is wel een supermarkt, maar voor rest moet verder gereden worden. Positiv: Uitzicht van terras over vallei Negativ: Oprit naar appartement is smal, steil en niet super qua wegdek. Hij is niet super lang, maar je moet hem elke keer achter af.”

    “Ruhig Haus hat eine gute Lage.

    Pro:
    Die Ruhe sehr schöne Aussicht, Terasse Garage zum unterstellen von Motorrädern und viel Platz im Haus.

    Contra:
    Die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz und er könnte etwas größer sein.”

    “Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

    Pro:
    Immer heißes Wasser, viel Platz, gute Küchenausstattung, gutes WLan, ruhige und schöne Lage am Waldrand/Hang, kein Verkehr. An Ausstattung hat nix gefehlt. Liebevoller Kiosk zur Selbstversorgung steht mit Vertrauenskasse zur Verfügung.

    Contra:
    Betten etwas durchgelegen (WHG EG) bzw. zu hart (WHG. OG), Fenster undicht (etwas zugig, da alte Fenster könnte bei Minusgraden etwas frisch werden). Insgesamt ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig innen wie außen. Trotzdem hat es Charme und man fühlt sich wohl.”
