Spacious holiday house in a central location for the whole family with a fireplace
This 250 holiday home is located in a central location in the small town of Cuevas del Becerro in the province of Málaga and only about 10 km from the beautiful town of Ronda. The house was built in 2009 and last renovated in 2012. It accommodates up to eight people on two floors, which are connected via a wide staircase.
The house sits on a 150 m² property and also boasts a garage, a 25 m² back patio and two small balconies.
The house offers four double bedrooms: two are furnished with a double bed (one 1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other two are furnished with a double bed made up of two single mattresses two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Furthermore, you will find three bathrooms with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two of the bathrooms have large windows and a large mirror. The spacious and air conditioned living/dining room is furnished with a fireplace, two sofas and a flat screen television. There is also a round dining table with four chairs. Besides another fireplace, the house can be heated with a heating unit. The large, fully furnished kitchen is equipped with another dining table, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave.
It is centrally located, making access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and medical care at the town centre very easy (about 200 meters). It is about 1 km to a public pool. It is 100 km to the ocean and the nearest beach and 100 km to the airport.
