This spacious house enjoys a quiet location in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna.
The total living space of 180m², including all the auxiliary spaces, comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The house is fully-furnished and all the rooms have access to the garden. The centrepiece of the house is a big living room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, a big dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The doors are wide enough for wheelchair users, but there are two quite low steps to get into the house and a little step from every bedroom onto the terrace, as well as two little steps from the kitchen to the living room.
Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna is about five minutes from the A2 motorway. It is about 15 minutes from the centre of Vienna. The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres from the house.
