This wonderful luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful residential area and is characterised by its modern architecture. The large garden with a private pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. A wonderful barbecue area is located right next to the pool and offers a lovely view of the beaches of Santa Susanna. On the beach you can enjoy a variety of water sports such as diving, kayaking, snorkelling and sailing. The region is characterised by its beautiful scenery and excellent cuisine.     “Très belle villa, conforme aux photos du site, elle est tout équipée, le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation et la télévision (surtout pour les petits dessins animés). Il y a la télévision mais locale et non par satellite et le ménage qui manque "un peu de précision". C'est pour çà qu'il manque la cinquième étoile. Rien à dire sur le reste, situation au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Possibilité de rentrer deux véhicules dans la propriété. Elle se trouve à 5 min en voiture de la plage et des longues avenues de promenades où se trouvent boutiques et restaurants. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter! Je recommande cette villa.”
