Holiday house with a private garden and a great view of Etna
This holiday house is in a quiet area and is about a kilometres from the centre of Santa Venerina.
The house of ca. 140m² has three big bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, a big living room, and a kitchen-diner. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 290cm), while the third has two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. A supplementary bed (80 x 190cm) can be added to one of the double bedrooms and to the two-bed room, for a sixth and seventh guest. It is also possible to convert the living room into a bedroom on request and to set the two beds up there, which can also be joined as a double bed. The bedrooms, the kitchen-diner and the living room each have air conditioning with a heat pump. The two bathrooms have fan heaters in winter. All the rooms are on the ground floor. A cot can be provided on request. The house was renovated recently in 2014. Free wireless Internet access is available.
There is a garden to the rear of the house, inviting you to relax and offering a great view of Etna. There is also a roofed area for dining outdoors. There is a big courtyard/square with six car parking spaces, of which one is roofed.
You can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, a shopping centre, pharmacies, a bank etc. within a radius of two kilometres. The Marina di Cottone and Fonachello di Mascali beaches are within about 15 minutes. The house is conveniently located for getting to tourist attractions such as Taormina, Acireale, Catania, Giardini Naxos and the area around the Parco Naturale del’Etna.
